What this page deletes
If you signed in to ARVE with Google, we keep one thing about you: the identifier of your Google account, linked to the minutes you bought. We do not keep your e-mail address, your name or your picture — Google sends them with the sign-in, and we throw them away unread.
Deleting removes that link. The Google account identifier is erased, and every phone signed in to ARVE with this Google account stops being signed in. If you sign in again later, you start as a new account.
What is kept
Records of purchases that were made and the stores' notifications about them, as well as records of minutes spent — with no Google account attached to them any more. They are kept for 5 years as financial records: Kazakhstan's tax legislation requires it. The identifier of your install of the app remains, but is no longer linked to the account. Analysis run records and Gemini's answers are deleted when their normal period ends, and database backups taken before the deletion within 30 days at most. The details are in the privacy policy.
Unspent paid minutes are forfeited. Minutes you bought and have not used can no longer be used on any device after the deletion. The number of forfeited minutes is shown when the deletion is done.
On an iPhone
On an iPhone ARVE does not use a Google account: it recognises you by your Apple Account through the App Store. Delete your data from the app itself: Settings → Delete my data. On Android you can do the same from the app, or here.
Delete
First, sign in with the Google account you use in ARVE. Nothing is deleted yet.
Signed in. Press the button to delete the link between this Google account and ARVE. Unspent paid minutes will be forfeited.
